Who might be in my home?
You would be expected to have 2 or 3 trained uniformed personnel carrying out the duties. A senior member of management or supervisor would usually accompany them.
What about insurance?
It is very important that everybody working in your home be insured. Therefore, we are insured with NIG Corporation plc (a copy of our certificate is available upon request).
What time of day can you clean my home?
Our business hours are 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday and you would be scheduled in during these times. You may request a preferred time and we can generally accommodate your preferences.
Does somebody need to be at home while the cleaners are working?
It is certainly not necessary: most of our clients are at work when we call, and we have been provided with keys. All such keys are coded for security. Most clients have regular requirements, but should they require different tasks/jobs they can simply leave a note. If you would prefer to be at home while we work, that is up to you!
How will I know when to expect your cleaners to come?
Once everything is agreed you would usually be visited the same time and day each week, unless Bank Holidays or other holidays change the routine. Notice would be expected on these occasions.
How do I pay for the cleaning services you provide?
You can simply leave a cheque or cash in an agreed place within your home, to be collected on arrival. If you wish to be invoiced that can be arranged - but we reserve the right to levy a small charge should payment be other than weekly.
What about cleaning materials & equipment?
Our staff carry everything they need to do the job to a high standard. This means no more shopping for expensive cleaning products for you, unless it is for a particular job such as cleaning the oven. You can be confident that our professional products and procedures will clean effectively and safely.
